The Listening School is pleased to announce it has achieved the coveted and globally recognised Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) accreditation.
This accreditation sets The Listening School apart in the industry as it is now recognised internationally for offering a service that delivers valuable competence standards to its customers. The Listening School is the first in Africa to facilitate Listening Intelligence as a leadership strategy and is now accredited by CIBN for this discipline.
To provide the accreditation, CIBN assessed The Listening School’s methodology, contents, and learning outcomes—designed to identify and test potential risk in an organisation’s communication, leadership strategy, and overall culture. These were evaluated against industry standards using a suite of CIBN-developed competence assessment methodologies. CIBN found that The Listening School offered a robust learning and development solution, providing assurance compared to unaccredited alternatives.
“This accreditation shows that Listening Competency aligns with the highest industry standards for applying effective listening strategies that enhance relationships, promote real-time problem solving, and increase productivity,” said Ebele Chukwujama, Founder and CEO of The Listening School. “We are delighted to achieve this coveted status and remain dedicated to serving our customers accordingly, impacting relationships and society, one listening ear at a time.”
